Reassuring the Public
Bognor Regis BID: Reassuring the public by sharing the proactive measures taken to keep them safe, and positive messages from our businesses.
Page updated: 12th May 2020
Bognor Regis BID is working with VINCO Marketing on a focused local marketing campaign designed to give people the confidence to come back into the town centre.
The campaign will promote two key ideas: that it is safe to shop in Bognor Regis, and it is a delight to be by the sea.
The campaign aims to attract an audience of local residents and people within a 40 mile radius of Bognor Regis to visit for shopping , recreation and leisure activities.
The campaign will utilise local radio channels, social media platforms, town banners, roadside and poster sites, as well as newspaper advertisements.
The campaign will feature local businesses, showcasing the range of businesses and retailers that the town has to offer, whilst highlighting the beautiful coastline, beach and unique “flavour” of our lovely seaside town.
Shop Local Bognor Regis
The BID has created an “online high street” for businesses.
Shop Local Bognor Regis is the perfect place to showcase your business and give details of how you’re operating right now. This is a great opportunity to create a community of businesses in the town centre, to help serve your clients, and keep them updated of any changes you make to your business operations.
As you control the listing, you can update it really quickly and easily as your operations change. This means that potential customers can easily find you, find out what you’re doing and how they can get in touch in one place.
You’ll find full details about the website, including instructions on how to list on our web page: https://www.brbid.org/shoplocalbognorregis
It’s completely free for BID businesses to list, and takes less than 10 minutes to set up, so get on board now!
Recognisable Covid Info Displays
The BID will be working with businesses and providing resources to help them assess and prepare for reopening. This includes support with risk assessments, and consistent signage to display social distancing “rules” for their premises.
Drawing on the campaign design, this signage will help potential customers easily identify the rules - thereby giving them reassurance - whilst simultaneously creating a consistent, co-ordinated look for the town centre.
