AN INVITATION TO ALL BID LEVY PAYING BUSINESSES
If you are a BID levy paying business, you are invited to attend the BR BID’s Annual General Meeting on 12th December, starting at 5.45pm at The Track. The AGM will cover the period 1st April 2023 – 31st March 2024.
The first part of the meeting will cover the formal requirements of the BID’s Articles of Association and financial reporting for that year. Following that, there will be a presentation of plans for 2025-2026.
To encourage engagement, all levy paying businesses within the BID Area are warmly invited to attend the full meeting, but please note that only registered Company members have voting rights. We’re also sharing as many documents as possible in advance of the event, to give you time to read through, consider, and raise any questions – either about delivery or the accounts.
