BR BID: Ask the Board


Dear BID Businesses,


The BID’s Full Board, which includes Directors of the BID Company, plus representatives of Bognor Regis Town Council, Arun District Council and the Bognor Regis Regeneration Board, meets formally every three months.


With effect from the next scheduled meeting on Thursday 13th June, the first 15 minutes of the meeting will be open to representatives of BID Levy paying businesses to attend in person.  To make sure the time is used effectively,  the Board will only be able to respond to questions or that have been sent through in writing at least 24 hours ahead of each Board meeting.


All BID scheduled meetings are shared through the online calendar here:  https://www.brbid.org/calendar, and we’ll endeavour to send out a reminder through our social channels a week in advance of each Board Meeting.  Board Meetings start at 5pm, and take place in a conference room inside the main co-working space side of The Track, Station Road.  Future meetings are scheduled for: 5th September and 12th December 2024.


If you are a representative of a BID Levy paying business, and you have a specific question about BID activity you would like the Board to address in person, please email your question to info@brbid.org at least 24 hours ahead of each Board Meeting.
