To BR BID Area Businesses:
The BR BID’s Annual General Meeting covering the period 1st April 2021 – 31st March 2022 will be held at 5.45pm on Thursday 6th April 2023 at The Track, Bognor Regis. The meeting will cover the formal requirements of the BID’s Articles of Association, and financial reporting. There will also be a summary of BID delivery for the 2021-2022 financial year.
If you would like to attend the formal AGM, you will need to be a signed up Member of the BID Company – please note that this is not the same as being a levy payer. If you represent a business within the BID Area and would like to become a Member of the BID Company, please download the membership form at: https://www.brbid.org/forms and email to: admin@brbid.org. We will then send you an invitation to the AGM using the information provided. Please make sure we receive your membership application by 9am on Thursday 6th April.
We will be contacting existing Members of the company by email by Monday 13th March. If you know that you are a Member of the BR BID Company but have not received an invitation to the AGM by that date, please contact us and we will resend the invitation and documents: admin@brbid.org
Following the AGM, there will be a short break, then from 7pm a more informal presentation to BID businesses about plans for the 2023-2024 financial year. All businesses within the BID Area are warmly invited to attend this presentation - you don't need to be a member of the company for this session.
